About Called Create

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made to order, just for you. Orders typically ship within 7–14 days, and once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Where are your products made?

All of our items are printed and fulfilled in the United States. We work with trusted production partners to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.

What kind of shirts do you use?

We print on premium, ultra-soft tees (like Bella+Canvas 3001) known for their smooth feel and lasting comfort. They have a modern retail fit—not boxy, not tight.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees have a slightly tailored retail fit. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized feel, we recommend sizing up.

What are the shirts made of?

Most of our tees are made from airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Heather colors may include a soft cotton/poly blend for added comfort and durability.

How should I care for my shirt?

For best results:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on the design

This helps keep your shirt looking its best over time.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not satisfied, reach out and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is made to order, we begin processing quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Who are your designs made for?

Called Create is designed for women who create—makers who live their faith in everyday life. Whether you sew, bake, craft, or simply love meaningful, faith-rooted pieces, these designs are made with you in mind.

Will designs look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
